Despite qualifying in 1993 I am lucky enough to still enjoy my work very much. Professional interests include wildlife nursing and rehabilitation, analgesia, palliative care and the human animal bond. I also enjoy emergency nursing and triage - (handy as I predominantly work weekends!) I live with two lurchers, cats, chickens and guinea pigs... alongside some children and my ever tolerant husband. Nothing makes me happier at work than a pointy nosed greyhound leaning on my legs... well, maybe a border collie showing off their perfect down...oh, or a feisty little tortie cat - ok, it's impossible to choose, and that's why I love my job!
