I was sure from a young age that working with animals was the perfect direction for me. After completing my GCSE’s I went on to do my A-Levels with a view to continue to university and complete the Veterinary Nursing course. After deciding university wasn’t going to be the right route for myself, I joined SLVG in November 2022 once I had completed my A-Levels in the June. Working here is definitely challenging, yet so rewarding every day and the team make it a lot easier with their continuous support.
My favourite part of my job is preparing animals for their surgery, doing their pre-op checks and recovering them once they are back from surgery. Every day is a learning day and I enjoy trying different parts of the job that will help me out once I start my course to become an RVN
In my free time I like to spend time with friends, go for walks and I would love to travel and see new places. I have my own cat at home called Yoda that I love very much.
