Gabriel Giol

I joined the South Lincs Vet Group team in September 2020. I graduated in 2002 in Bucharest, Romania, I have had more than seven years experience in England. I am thoroughly enjoying my time at South Lincs Vet Group, there is a great team of vets, nurses and receptionists.

I enjoy soft tissue surgery, but also enjoy internal medicine and caring for our inpatients. I like to follow my patients progress, so ideally I like to see them back for recheck appointments, there is nothing better than to see a poorly patient get better!

I enjoy seeing and treating patients of the feathery kind, I have experience with birds which some of my colleagues don't have a lot of, so I will happily see them and assist my colleagues in their care.

Outside of work I enjoy doing a little bit of sport but would confess that this last year has kept me a bit too busy!

My favourite animals include horses and birds. I am married with two children, and I keep a variety of pigeons.
