Amelia Koh

I have always loved animals (in particular dogs and horses), which led me to pursue a BSc in Equine and Human Sports Science. During my time at University I worked part-time for an animal rescue charity - it was a light bulb moment for me, realising I wanted to work helping sick animals and promoting animal welfare.

I began my nursing career in 2018 as a VCA  before progressing to a student nurse role in January 2019, shortly after this I joined the team at South Lincs Vet Group. I have just completed my Level 3 diploma in Veterinary Nursing after two years of hard work and dedication - I am now awaiting registration to become an RVN !

I love so many aspects of nursing, but I think my favourite parts of the job are building relationships with the clients and animals, and spending time in nurse clinics! I have a strong passion for neurology and rehabilitation, something I hope to study more of in the future.

In my spare time you'll most likely find me out walking with my fiancé and our three beagles- Rupert, Maisy and Pippa.
