Karon Raynor

I have worked as a veterinary receptionist for 18 years, in my previous job I ran reception solely so it is lovely to be able to work here as part of a team. I joined South Lincs Vet Group in July and predominantly work at the Sutterton Hospital. During my short time here I have had the privilege to meet some amazing people, I have so much respect for all who work in this profession, it is such a rewarding career.

Over the years I have learnt a lot of valuable information and conquered many challenges. I am very passionate about customer service, I like to engage with clients to improve their experience to the best of my abilities.

I have a keen interest in pug rescue having rescued 4 of my own and helped to rehome many more to loving homes. At the start of my career I would rescue cats, taking in all the waifs and strays that needed caring for, but 9 cats was my maximum. I have calmed down a bit as the years have gone on, and put my energy into finding other loving homes for animals in need.

My hobbies include gardening, you will often find me attending to my vegetable plot. I enjoy baking, and make celebration cakes for friends and family, and I unwind by playing the keyboard.
